What does an Introduction Session involve?
When you arrive at CrossFit Hastings, you will be greeted with many friendly faces! We will ‘check you in’ at our reception area, and spend some time getting to know you.
There will be a ‘CrossFit’ Class in session so you will be able to get a feel for how a class is structured, and watch how the Coach assists the participants throughout the hour. You will also be able to see that all movements are scaleable, and that CrossFit really is suitable for any level of fitness.
We will chat to you about how and why CrossFit works, and answer any questions you may have. From there, we will jump into a short body weight workout, this will give you an idea of the intensity we work at, and also how we Coach you through movements.
As mentioned above, our Introduction Sessions are obligation free, no hard sales pitch here! We just want the opportunity to share what we do, and how much we love what we do with others.
