No sweat intros are relaxed, supportive introductions to all things CrossFit in a one-on-one environment.  We go through the methodology behind CrossFit and help you understand our core values as well as share our numerous success stories proven in our own box as well as boxes around the world.

We discuss with you our class structure and how and why we cap our classes to assure you that no one ever gets left behind.  We tailor workouts to suit where your fitness is at right now and in time help you safely progress to where you want to be whatever that may look like.

We talk to you about the support you will receive on your journey and how and why we track your progress.  We help you set SMART goals and have regular goal reviews to help you stay on track and keep you accountable.

Lastly, we boast about our amazingly supportive community and how the people you train alongside play such an important role on your health & wellbeing journey. Our knowledgeable, dedicated coaches are highly qualified and second to none and will keep you moving at your best.  Our coaches strive to make every class the best one hour of your day!
