Western Port's Premier CrossFit Gym

WELCOME TO CROSSFIT HASTINGS 

To maximize results we suggests 2-3 days consecutive training followed by one day of rest.
This ensures proper programming, progression, and physical recovery.

CrossFit produces real results by effectively combining weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other functional movements. CrossFit is the program of choice for many firefighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, military personnel, triathletes looking for elite levels of fitness, along with everyday people looking to improve their health & wellbeing. Training sessions at CrossFit Hastings are designed to push you and improve your fitness regardless of your starting ability, meaning that anyone can take part. Sessions focus on proper execution of all movements and, of course, having fun to achieve what we believe is real fitness – the ability to do more in any amount of time at anything we want to do!

If you are visiting the area for business or leisure and want to drop in for a session we would love to see you! Give us a call or drop us an email to book into one of our classes. Drop in prices are $25/session.
