Getting Started At CrossFit Hastings


Step One

Free Trial Session

Attend a complimentary ‘Introduction to CrossFit’ session and see if CrossFit is for you. Classes run on a Tuesday and Thursday night at 7:00pm, and a one on one session can also be arranged at an alternate time.

Step Two

Elements Workshop

After you have completed your Introductory session your next step is to sign up for our 3  Elements sessions where you’ll be introduced to the Fundamentals of CrossFit in a fun, safe, small group class putting you on the road to success.

CrossFit Classes

Hungry for more? If you have completed the Elements sessions then you are ready for CrossFit classes! This is truly where the magic happens!
