How It Works
Joining a drop-in session is simple. Check our class schedule, pick a time that works for you, and show up ready to sweat! No advance booking is required. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a safe, effective, and fun workout.
Prerequisites
Prior CrossFit experience is recommended to get the most out of a drop-in session. But if you’re new to CrossFit and have a solid fitness background, don’t worry—we welcome all levels and will scale the workout to suit your abilities.
