Hybrid training
Hybrid training is where strength meets endurance. It combines running or engine-based conditioning with functional movements like sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, carries, rowing, and skiing. The goal is to build a body that’s strong, fit, and capable of sustaining effort over longer periods of time.
Our Hybrid training focuses on developing all the qualities needed for this style of racing and training: aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, strength under fatigue, smart pacing, and efficient movement. Sessions are structured, purposeful, and progressive, helping you build fitness safely and sustainably.
Hybrid training complements CrossFit extremely well. While CrossFit develops broad, well-rounded fitness, Hybrid-style training places more emphasis on endurance, repeatable efforts, and longer time domains. Together, they create athletes who move well, recover faster, and perform confidently across all styles of training.
These sessions are suitable for a wide range of people. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event, enjoy longer endurance-based workouts, or simply want to improve your engine and work capacity, our hybrid classes are coached, scalable, and accessible. You don’t need race experience to start, just a willingness to train consistently.
